Halloween Blog Project - Red Rider ( War )

Red Rider War. ;P
This was fun but I feel that I had spent too
much time on pointless details in the end. Still,
I did learn a thing or two from it.

Did this Gif for fun :D

A message about Happiness

Fan Art of Luna from Zero's Escape: Virtue Last Reward

Love her character a lot! Here's some things she said during the game that I quoted (changed a little here and there to fit everything):

“Luna, happiness is closer than you think.”

Do you know Maeterlinck’s “The Blue Bird”?
It starts on Christmas Eve. This brother & sister named Tyltyl and Mytyl get asked to find a blue bird by this old woman, and they travelled to the dream world. Supposedly if you can catch this bird, then you can make a wish come true. So they visit all these different places, but they can’t find it. Eventually they gave up and went home, but when they woke up this bird is in a birdcage in their hut.

It’s a well known story and it teaches a simple lesson: Happiness is closer than you think.

But one day I realized that there was another message to the blue bird. In Maeterlinck’s original story, it doesn’t end with them waking up. When Tyltyl and Mytyl tried to feed the bird, it leaves the cage and flies away and then the story ends.

Now the message is that just when you think you’ve found happiness, you’ll lose it again. But in the end, it doesn’t change how I felt. It means that happiness is something you should always be looking for and it’s only when you’re pursuing happiness that you’re truly happy.
